I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the recent service provided for my sister’s car. My husband has been working with your body shop for a long time, and we truly trusted your business until now. My sister brought her car in for minor damage that should have cost, at most, $2,000 out of pocket. However, your team advised her to go through her insurance. We trusted your guidance and let you handle the claim. We were shocked to discover that our insurance company ended up paying over $10,000 for this repair, which appears to be highly inflated. When I visited the shop to request proof and receipts for the work done, nothing was provided. I had an outstanding experience with this body shop from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. They handled everything, from communicating with my insurance company and coordinating with the adjuster to completing the repairs flawlessly, which made a stressful situation so much easier. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond. They didn’t just fix the damage—they paid attention to every little detail and took care of additional repairs and finishing touches that made my car look even better than I expected. The quality of their work is truly exceptional. This is actually my second time bringing my car here, and once again they exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality collision repair. I’ll definitely continue recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you for the amazing service!
